Uniqueness of the Format
Progressive approach
We implement the progressive approach of Learning Compass-2030 and are the only institution in Ukraine that embodies the concept of Innovative Learning Environment, which aligns with the principles of the "New Ukrainian School" concept.
Own educational programs
We develop our own educational programs based on global competency-based curricula, guided by scientific theories of humanistic psychology, materials from the Center for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI), and resources from the international research organization Center for Curriculum Redesign. Our educators share their developments as part of experience exchange with like-minded schools and university departments.
Continuous improvement
Our innovativeness lies in the continuous improvement of teaching practices and methods while maintaining a solid scientific foundation. This is our key advantage in organizing the educational environment as a dynamic, organic system that constantly evolves. In our work, we rely on Agile principles and have developed our own methodology for student project work — SCRUM5keys.

Spilnosad
A space that encourages children to move, interact, and express themselves. We complement logical-mathematical, linguistic, and physical development with Free Play, which gives children the opportunity to interact, fantasize, and be creators of their own reality.
SpilnoSchool
An integral educational environment that fosters the development of human potential, guided by the latest knowledge and practices regarding human nature. It is a community of people who share similar values and, therefore, have a common vision in the goals, approaches, and content of children’s education.
U: Maker Academy
The new format senior school aims to be a guide, advisor, mentor, and assistant for its students, acting as a producer who can find, attract, and connect any necessary knowledge, resources, and people to support the transition from childhood to independent adult life.
SpilnoSpace
A space for development consisting of courses, workshops, educational programs, thematic meetings, and events for children and adults, available to anyone who wishes to join the community and supports its values.
E-space.org
A virtual learning space designed to assist teenagers aged 10-16 who have no access to schools at all and find it difficult to study in traditional schools: internally displaced persons, residents of occupied territories, and children with special needs. The project was implemented in 2014 and was paused in 2016.
PED_Lab
A summer school for educators, organized with the aim of implementing innovative approaches in the educational process. With over 9 years of experience in creating an innovative educational environment, the Spilnoshkola team shares its developments, methodologies, and teaching formats.
Architectural Concept
The architectural concept of the school space is designed to create all the possibilities for implementing social and educational innovations, supporting new ways of learning, development, and collaboration.
